Previous projects
1)Engineers City (Borg Elarab) ( 2008 ):
Client: Syndicate of Engineers
Consultant: Syndicate of Engineers.
Project Description: The Project consisted of execution of infrastructure works for a new city for Engineers located in Borg El Arab City on 60 feddans.
The project includes the execution of phase two of the city including water networks sewer networks electrical & telephone networks, pavement and asphalt works, side walks, curbs, medium voltage substations, transformers & distributor buildings, landscaping.
2)Alexandria City Utilities Maintenance Program ( 2008 ):
Client: Governorate of Alexandria
Consultant: Road Department/ Water and waste water company
Project Description: The Project consisted of rehabilitating all utilities in the street prior to final asphalting including raising all manholes, storm drains, valve vaults to final pavement level and flushing and maintaining networks.
The project was awarded to company upon the direct nomination of his Excellency the governor of Alexandria.
3)Ameriya Wastewater Project ( 2008 ):
Client: Holding Company for potable water and waste water / AGOSD / German Fund (KFW)
Main Contractor: Alexandria Company for Construction (Talaat Mustafa)
Consultant: Schneider & partner
Project Description:
The project consisted of construction of about 10 km of sewer pipelines and all related Manholes including gravity lines, force mains, main collectors and pump stations. The project is performed under a very high standard of precision and quality.
4)Sidi Abdel Rahman Beach & Resort Rehabilitation (Marrasi Project) ( 2008 ):
Clients: Emaar
Consultant: Turner International.
Project Description:
The consisted of Repair works, rehabilitation of beach and hotel facilities of Sidi Abdel Rahman hotel, for the kick – off ceremony of Marrasi project.
5)Private Villa: ( Sidi Kreer Resort ) ( 2007 ):
Client: Private Client
Project Description:
The project consisted of construction of a 350 m2 for a luxurious villa in Sidi Kreer Resort. The works include all concrete works, all finishing works including brick works, plastering, tiling, paints, electrical, drainage, etc.. and landscape.
6)Rehabilitation of water networks for City of Damanhor (Contract 4) ( 2006 - 2007 ):
Client: Behiera Company for Water and Waste Water.
Consultant: Cemonics Egypt
Project Description:
The project consisted of construction of about 30 km of potable water pipelines (HDPE, Ductile iron pipes, UPVC) and all related fittings including valves, vaults, hydrants, about 1000 house connection. The project was performed under a very tight schedule and was finished on time and also including abandoning existing networks and retaining all conditions like asphalt and all related works.
7)Rehabilitation of City of Salloum desalinated water pump station ( 2007 ):

Project Description:
The project consisted of construction and rehabilitation of the city desalinated water pump station including pipes, pumps, valves, tanks, flow meters etc…
8)Group of Villas: (King Marriout) ( 2006 ):

Project Description:
The project consisted of construction of four different luxurious villas. The works included all concrete works, all finishing works including brick work, plastering, tiling, paints, electrical, drainage and landscape.
9)Construction of six schools ( 2007 ):

The project consisted of construction of six small schools to serve the community in urban poor areas. Including concrete works, finishing etc…
10)Rehabilitation of water networks for City of Damanhor (Contract 1) ( 2006 ):

Project Description:
The project consisted of construction of about 20 km of potable water pipelines ( HDPE, Ductile iron pipes, UPVC) and all related fittings including valves, vaults, hydrants, about 700 house connection. The project was performed under a very tight schedule and was finished on time and also including abandoning existing networks and retaining all conditions like asphalt and all related works.
11)Rehabilitation of Ameriya Cement Company Administrative Building:
